You have to go to your Dashboard (/wp-admin). The Add New Page section should be on your left sidebar. (o_o)

Oh, with WordPress you can create as many pages as you like. It’s very easy. In the Dashboard at the left side bar, go to Pages/Add New Pages to create them.

Does not matter what theme you are using with WordPress, you can create pages. (^v^*)
