Mood: Annoyed

Oh no!

Fucken scheiss!

You know? The house on my right that has been empty for over a year?

Last night some people just moved in and this makes me so uneasy!

It sucks because all this while, there was so much room for us. By that, I mean some privacy for us to talk among ourselves without uninvited listeners.

Plus — no judgmental dumbstruck stares and that ‘I wonder what is she working as’ look.

(Sigh) If only I can summon a ghost to that house to scare them shitless.. Pretty much like the villains in Scooby Doo. They frighten people off the premises with a gorilla or a pirate captain costume for the purpose of their selfish benefits. (Laughs) ↓

Baa… Well… <u__u>

Ok.. It’s unreasonable of me to rant over their existence next door because they have yet to commit any annoying and shitty offenses.

They may turn out to be really nice and pleasant neighbours however I am hoping they live at least — *3 firetrucks away from us.

Get what I’m saying?

The thing about most houses in Malaysia is that they are close to each other as in — literally next door; as close as next room.

It’s unlike the houses in the States whereby there are wide gaps. The houses there are situated individually.

While it’s cool that my house is not literally glued to the next house, I still feel my privacy is vulnerable. Furthermore, Malaysians are very busybodies. Spying is their favourite hobby (next to Facebooking; otherwise why do you think they have so much to update?)

Urgh! The violation!

Oh well…

Looks like from now onwards, I have to hang dry my panties elsewhere…

That said — Do you like having neighbours next door or super close by? If no, what would you resort to just to get rid of them?

* I’m bad in unit measurement so pardon my poor reference.

PS: Haha… I sound like a jerk in this entire blog post. Yeaaaa~

A Boy Named John

Mood: Sentimental

Once upon a time, there was this boy named John who lives nearby my house.

I don’t exactly remember when my brother and I befriended him but it was definitely at the time I was half the height I am today.

Friendly, helpful, handy and polite — These traits of his stood out nonetheless. I would say — John made a fine example of a typical boy scout. (Laughs)

He wasn’t dashing and handsome in my opinion however, John certainly possessed strong and rare qualities of a fine and chivalry boy. In addition, he was skillful and talented. Computer literate, resourceful and heck — He could even repair cars! <OAO>!!!

One time, my uncle’s car had problems and John, who always circled the neighborhood on his navy blue and yellow bicycle saw my uncle struggling with the engine and stopped to have a look.

The 12 year old (or younger…perhaps) studied the car engine, tweaked around with the wrench and voila — The engine came back to life! <OAO>!!!

My uncle was so amazed and indeed, impressed! <OAO>

John has helped my brother in configuring his computer and sometimes, fix my bicycle.

There were several times he accompanied me when I had to walk to the sundry shop alone. Although it was nearby, he would be on his bicycle and we will chat about the happenings in our neighborhood.

I admit, I had not been so nice to John and I remember being rude and bratty towards him for absolutely no reason.

However, I shall never forget this good deed of his. <´•ω•`>

One day, the girls were planning to make a tree house. I had planks and some materials in my house that we could use but I needed help to carry over to the playground.

The girls were eager to set up the house but were unwilling to do the labor.

So I thought if I were to carry the tools and planks over, we could start setting the tree house.

As I was dragging the planks out of my house, John stopped by and asked what the heck am I up to. In excitement, I told him about the tree house plan and then…

He got off his bicycle and said to leave everything to him.

Well.. he really meant EVERYTHING.

He transferred the necessary tools and materials.. Even used some of his own and begun setting the tree house for us.

I helped out a little bit but the girls did not do much. Instead, they bossed John around and instructed him to do many stupid things.

Very unkind of the girls, agree?

Besides the girls (and myself), I find his parents to be too rude and strict on him.

John hardly spoke of his family and when I happened to see them, they were either scolding John for helping people or coming home after 7p.m.

As John’s parents, they should be proud of his talents and capabilities.

Anyway.

John managed to build the tree house for us and we had lots of fun with it.

There were a couple of times the tree house fell apart because some hooligans came over and vandalized it. Also partly because the tree house could not carry too many kids.

So John helped by repairing until the day we decided that the tree house will forever be vandalized and eventually grew out of it. (Laughs)

Thereafter when I became 12, I hardly spoken to John as I had new friends (Fe and Nic.. ‘Yokey and Humming Bird’).

We traded ‘Hellos’ each time we met but when I got into high school, I saw him even less.

John was rarely seen cycling around.

My neighborhood friends actually begun to fade and by the time I left my home town for good, suddenly everyone seemed like strangers.

I remember saying goodbye to Humming Bird and Yokey, some of my brother’s friends who watched over me but — I don’t recall bidding farewell to John.

My brother may have spoken to him though.

Perhaps I was too busy having a heart break over my crush who never seem to take notice of my existence.

Speaking of crushes, I never had a crush on John.

And right now I am questioning myself — WHY?

Why did I not feel for this boy whom actually bother about me? I knew he liked 1 of the neighbor girls and it never bothered me (In fact, I teased John about this) however, I’m just wondering why I missed such a good person.

In any case, I have no regrets for not having that butterfly-in-yo-stomach feeling. I’m just happy I had at least gotten a chance to know and befriend a very good boy.

There’s no news on John’s whereabouts and it’s hard to search for him (unless he is still staying in that house; the brown gate which he and his father painted!).

I really wish the best for him and that he still possess those admirable and golden qualities of his.

John’s good image is preserved in my mind and heart.

My mother and I were talking about the kids in the old neighborhood and we spoke about John. I told mum how nice and kind he was towards me.

So now.. I tell you with an honest and grateful heart — About a boy named John.

[ . . . ]

Uh … Please bear in mind that John is NOT DEAD.

(Laughs nervously) This post certainly sounds like a memoir or one of those mourning speech for the dead however — NO!!! I think… he is still alive. John is 1 year my senior and … Yea… He should be alive… <—ω—>

Baa~!

Suppose I could ever see him once more, I would like to express my gratitude and respect for giving me a beautiful childhood memory to recollect and smile upon. <u__u>

(Laughs) Oh well… Are you feeling sentimental just like me? Thinking and reminiscing about some people who crossed your path and left a deep and meaningful impression?

Mood: On fire!

Oisu, minna-hun!

Remember my worries about wearing earplugs? ↓

Do recall (or re-read!) — I mentioned something about having them stuck in the ears?

After going back and forth on the matter, looks like I won’t be using my new earplugs after all.

“What? You can’t possibly believe someone is going to smack you hard in the ears and drill those into your brain!?” だと?Nope. It’s not that I don’t want to — I CAN’T!

Because…

It’s broken…

[ . . . ]

個割った。<-___->

I came home after work and found the earplugs missing their red caps. I knew that it was the cleaners who must have dropped my stuff while cleaning because they have damaged some of my things before.

I was flabbergasted indeed! Although I got the plugs for free, I detest damaging objects.

However what got me fumigating most was after I found out that the cleaners had also dropped my PSP!

You see, I wrapped the earplugs around my PSP so if they had dropped the earplugs hard enough to break off the caps, what more my PSP?

Heart thumping and fingers crossed, I switched on and there it was — the Sony start-up; whenever you remove and put back your battery display — that start-up!  (ok, Sony’s Start-up is not as alarming as the Blue Screen of Death but anyway..)

I also noticed the back of my PSP was quite dirty.

GAH!

How angry!

Sheesh!

Well fortunately my PSP is working fine but I guess the next time those cleaners are scheduled to come over, I’m going to hide my PSP (and other valuable stuff)!

You surely dislike it when people drop or break your stuff, right?

As angry as I am towards the cleaners, I forgive them. I doubt they did it on purpose. They were probably rushing and had so many things to handle hence must have gotten clumsy.

There are those who are truly clumsy and accident prone which I can pardon however, I don’t share such mercy towards people who break and ruined other’s goods on purpose.

What kind of people do you think enjoy breaking other people’s stuff?

I’d say — Jealous people

Yup.

Jealous people — They envy other’s prize possession so much and because they are incompetent, they choose to sabotage and ruin things to gain pleasure instead of proving their worth in a morally manner.

You may have encountered or heard along the lines of “Wow, you are so lucky to have this. It’s beautiful. I wish I also have this — *drops* Whoops! It’s broken.. Sorry!”

They do not offer to compensate but instead walks away without remorse and may have also bragged about the ‘accident’.

Those kind of people — should just break down into ions and molecules for all I care!

Despicable, despicable assclowns.

A quick point out: I truly think that jealousy is the ugliest form ever because it drives people to do many unthinkable and despicable actions.

The way jealous people carry themselves and how they look whenever they cringe upon learning someone elses’ fortune and all… There’s no beauty in their faces and actions.

I could emphasize however this entry has come to its halt.

Perhaps another time we shall discuss about the nature of jealousy.

For the time being, you can put some thoughts into this and… let’s work hard and be good people ok? <^-^*>/

Baa~ <^ω^>

Because working hard and kindness makes anyone regardless of age and shape look beautiful~

PS: Who here thinks it’s about damn time sheep should update her profile picture? → Or should sheep just leave it be? Whatcha think? <.__.>

Ear Plugs or Head Phones?

Mood: Psyched!

Good day, minna-hun~!

I bought a new PSP slim and got a reasonable deal; inclusive of the pouch, screen protector, 2 great programs and jam as many free games as the memory card can accommodate.

I was also given a pair of free ear plugs which are kind of cute~

For as long as I know, I have been using earphones headphones instead of plugs simply because I think they are loud and cool.

However earphones headphones can be quite uncomfortable and very straining to the ears and head. With that, for a change — perhaps using earplugs is much better especially for long hours of gaming (doubt that I can play for too long though).

So out of excitement, I showed my mother the free pair of earplugs and asked if she thinks it’s cute.

“Why, that’s cute,” she said as she picked up from my hand to have a closer look.

“Looks like M&Ms right?” I grinned.

“Yes it does. So you’re going to use this when playing your PSP?”

“Yup. Of course!”

“But don’t you think it’s too small? What if someone hit you in the head and it gets stuck into your ears?” she frowned a little.

” . . . “ →

*Imagines having the plugs in ears and accidentally falls of the bed and POP! The plugs gets stuck*

” . . . “ →  (Shivers)

Mum gave me back the earplugs and sighed, “You better not use it…”

After she introduced me to her concern, I suddenly developed a paranoia for earplugs… Seriously!

Have you ever see or imagine this could happen to you or anybody!? By far no happenings that I have heard of but it does sound very possible.

Oh well…

The size seems like the standard size however… I never imagined such an incident may occurred but it’s too late.. The horror has been instilled. <´•___•`>

[ . . . ]

I guess… It’s best I stick to earphones headphones until this new paranoia fades away.

Anyway, which do you prefer?

Ear/headphones or earplugs? <^-^>/

And if your earplugs ever drilled into your brains by accident, how would you react? Do you think you’ll remember this post and well… My mum’s advice? (Laughs)
