    Thanks for reading my blog. (^-^)/
    As for your questions –Baa..
    I can’t be sure if my method of dieting works so don’t expect too much. I usually don’t eat red meat at least one day in a week because of religious purpose. I sort of noticed that I tend lose weight easily if I don’t eat meat like chicken, beef, pork — those kind of meat.
    However, it does not mean I starve myself. I’d take fish and other food. Also, do very light exercises at least 2 – 3 times a week…Yea..Sheep is quite lazy. (Laughs nervously)

    Regarding my blog, what do you mean by how I make my blog? (.__.){?]

    I’m using Wordpress as my blog platform. If you are thinking of using Wordpress too, keep in mind that you can’t anyhow customize your blog unless you are using a domain name.
    Blogger is good. (Laughs)
