This is sheep whose birthday is nigh. (Laughs)
Besides Pixy, Kenny and sheep, are any of you born in the month of June too? <.__.>{?]
If I can list out 11 people who are born in June, then we can form a football team called “The Gemini Cancer!”. <•`ω´•>
Sheep will be the goal keeper. (Laughs)
Anyway…
I’m done with 2 new artwork~

First piece: ↓
I don’t have any comments about the character above because I just drew him for the fun of it. I just wanted to test out the new marker to see if it can create the kind of strokes I need. <•`__´•>
Looking at the strokes… I think it will be an asset to my future drawings. <´•__•`>
Second piece: ↓
↑ Above, is my second artwork on Scissor Sally. Similar to before, I used a paint brush and straw to create the splats. As for the clothes, I shaded using an oil pastel.
(Laughs nervously) Before Daisuke says it, allow me to point out my own mistakes:
- The scissor and the hands are not proportionate.
- Lack of details and folds on the clothes.
- The heart shape is not on the pocket and not above it.
- Chintzy[?]
- Senseless and messy.
I only realized my mistakes after inking the drawing so — Nupo! <≥A≤>/

About the drawing, I wanna point out something if you don’t mind. If you add some variation of the thickness of lines, it will makes the drawing more nice. It’s will give them a ’soul’.

I like how the red and black mixes together , the red seemed to stand out .
The second art however , Is just pure awesome-ness ! you seem to get better at drawing scissor sally . Furthermore, the sliced out mouth and the way the “plays” with her scissors really gave out a macabre feeling .
I also noticed that you enhanced her fashion wear. Lol .. dolls hanging by a red string , creative! Oh , about the clown behind – Try drawing the star with a light pencil, then only draw the eyes =D (unless you intended it to be that way though ).

I kind of agree that the star on the eye should have been shaded instead of inking the lines.. Shading it would have looked more natural as though tattooed/blended into the skin. I can’t amend it now so maybe the next time I draw this clown — It will be as you said.
Oh.. Sorry for taking such a long time drawing the “Heart Broken” theme. I’m still fathoming out what it actually means. (To the point of reading the dictionary to understand it) (o_O)
Choya taste like bitter plums. You can get the small one (as shown above) for RM10.

the lines is very important to a drawing as that is all there is to a drawing. The lines that use draw actually review alot about you as an artist. Skills, moods, personality, etc. As everyone’s line/stroke in drawing is diff. Like writing. The first thing I learn at college was to draw straight line and circle >.<

You pull better artwork every time, I liked both of your new drawings, that Scissor Sally chick looks spooky, I feel you’ve got something big going on with her.
