Yoroshiku POP minna-hun~

How have you all been? <.___.>{?]

Good, I hope. <^x^>/

I notice how quiet this blog has been and sometimes I wonder — “Can I ever be a great and influential writer?” <_  _>lll

A~ah well, leave that for Ms.Aya to ponder about, ok? <´•ω•`>/

Baa~ This afternoon while I was peacefully eating ice-cream at Baskin & Robin, this thought occurred to me out of nowhere:

IT SUCKS TO BE SINGLE.

In many ways, it really does.

Especially when you’re eating out ALONE.

Here’s why ↓

Number 1: Having lunch/dining outside

It’s lunch time. You go foraging from floor to floor, from one end to another — searching for the best and most suitable place for a single person to dine in. You stop at each food outlet and evaluate according to their cost, hygiene and of course — their food calories. You stand in front of the menu, debating with yourself whether this pasta will earn you one kilo or tons more. <_   _>lll

In less than 5 minutes, you quickly move on to the next food outlet because the waiter is starting to look annoyed but not as annoyed as you, who feels rather intimidated because you’re all alone with no one to help you decide or tell the waiter to fuck off so that you can slowly choose what is best for you.

So you continue foraging and you come across a really posh restaurant which you have always dream of dining in. The tables are distant from one another and surely, you enjoy such privacy. So much better than Mcdonalds which is always crowded with school students who don’t seem to have home works to accomplish. Plus, they don’t seem to have a house to return to.

Perhaps money is not your issue, however — you can’t help but to feel like a lonely loser who goes to a grand restaurant to order for one pax which can actually feed 2 stomachs.

Not having the guts to go in with a capital L on your forehead, you then go for the next best thing. Let’s just say, you choose to have coffee and some sandwiches at Starbucks because all the other places are crowded and it will take you 384927109 hours to get your food.

So yes, you slowly enter Starbucks and you ignore the low-life greetings of the staffs because you are too busy looking for a vacant table.

“Come on, I’m just one person. ONE PERSON!”, you say to yourself. <`A´>/

Then lady luck smiles upon you and voila~! A vacant table in front of your very own eyes! \<´v`*>

“Yosh!” , you walk towards the table and suddenly, it hit you. “Damn, I can’t leave my bag here. There are too many valuable stuffs in it…” you smack across your own forehead and you couldn’t possibly leave any of your belongings on the table without anyone guarding it. <_  _>lll

You then line up at the counter and every 5 seconds, you glance over to your table that is patiently waiting for you at the very back of the cafe just to ensure no one takes it. It goes well at first and just when you start to think it is ok to chill and place your order, the next thing you know is — some son of a B walks over to the one and only vacant table and parks himself there. <OAO> ↓

You already purchased your beverage and sandwiches. So what now? Maybe if he is all alone by himself, you can approach him and tell him that you booked that table. However, to your horror — He has a group of big burly men and a couple of whores with him. Plus, you did not technically booked that table. Therefore, you stand there dumbfounded while they’re laughing away. <∏A∏>

Flabbergasted, you scout around for other vacant tables. It doesn’t matter whether it’s dirty and has some left over crumbs on the table, you just need a place to settle your tray of food and duh, to feed yourself! <°A°>

But judging from the atmosphere of the cafe, you realize that it is impossible to get a blady table because everyone’s mouth are running more than indulging in their chocolaty cake.

Damn mother fucker fuck shit! <x__x>

Frustrating, right?

I wonder, does any of you feel this frustration when eating out alone?

I know there are other ways to overcome this petty matter but eating out alone in a long run can be very depressing and perhaps, overly paranoid.

Now now — I don’t mean that just because you need someone to reserve your table, then you must start dating. What I really meant is —

Won’t it be great to have lunch with friends~? <^x^*>/

Hay captain Sheep !

Yeah, it’s pretty calm since a few days, I’m not posting that much too ! I’m lurking and waiting for news but not saying anything. I’m not proud of that. (.__.)

I’m very displeased with that. (T______T)

Well, anyway… You’re totaly right, it sucks to go out alone ! In fact it sucks to do things alone, share things is a lot better and I can’t understand people who prefer to be alone. What individual activity could make you call off your friends ? I think these peoples are trying to protect themselves…

That’s why I never eat outside alone ! And I’m not baking hard stuff when I’m alone, but I love to do nice meals for friends and family !

However, did you enjoyed your ice-cream ? What flavour was it ?

Well now, your drawing ! I simply love it ! The happy face of the guy pulling the chair makes him detestable, poor Sheep, it looks like you’d like to punch him in his sleep next night ! (Laughs)

Hey, about the plot on wearings, it seems that only two person answered, I did and I think Rocketd did the same, but I’m not surprised by you’re answer Rocketd, it’s not your kind to wear gothic stuffs and dresses ! (Laughs) *imagine Rocketd with a long pink dress* (Double laughs !)

Well, about cafes and fastfoods, which are your seven most ranked ones ?

suprise! =D ive been missing a while now.

oh and i notice, the snow’s back. ;)

and i usually find it awkward to eat out alone. i wouldnt eat at all actually until i get home. cos it’s like you can do nothing but to munch on unless youve brought something along to read or a laptop to use. it’s just, i dont know. weird. =/ and oh, sometimes i feel people tend to stare.

Dear Mr.Circle

Don’t feel displease. No one is oblige to make comments here.

I understand that everyone is busy with their respective work and life.

Baa.. It’s really no fun to eat out alone, right? Let’s say you’re eating something very yummy and you’re eager to share it with someone but there’s nobody there.

And the next day, you tell your friends about it but they wouldn’t know how yummy it is unless they taste the food themselves.

The ice-cream I ate was fabulous. My favorite flavors are green tea, chocolate chip mint and cookies & cream. What about you?

Quote: Well now, your drawing ! I simply love it ! The happy face of the guy pulling the chair makes him detestable, poor Sheep, it looks like you’d like to punch him in his sleep next night ! (Laughs)

(Laughs) This happened to me before. I was lining up and watching over the vacant table that was quite far from the counter. And then a guy just came out from nowhere and this was written all over his face: “Hey! A place for me to sit! How lucky!”.

That kind of face is so indescribable and at that I was like, “How shall I disfigure it, kana?”. (Laughs)

About the poll, I removed it because there’s something wrong with it. Thanks for submitting your preference. It’s very much appreciated!

Dear Szanne

Yes, I noticed your absence here and in your own blog. How are you? Extremely preoccupied with your assignments?

I agree with you. People tend to stare a lot when I’m alone too. And if you have nothing to keep yourself occupied with, then it’s really boring and somewhat stupid looking. (Cries)

Dear Nappy

(Laughs) Thanks. I hope to have more humor.

And yes, I go to the movies alone some times. Why did you ask? (.___.)

Damn right you are !

i really hated eating alone in some cafe or restaurant ..

For me , I mostly run about scouting for an empty restaurant/cafe .. so that there would be no one to look at me and i can leisurely take my time eating .

i feel lonely sometimes cuz there is no one to talk to ..

But of course all this will only happen if i follow my mom to work .. thats why rarely go to work with her ..

Hey ! how bout you try to make friends with the people living near you ? or the place you always go to and see that same person ?

Maybe you tried that already …hmm …

But dont give up ! im also trying to solve my problem ! xD

I’m just wondering since you have a thing about going to certain places by yourself. And it’s good to be able to laugh at yourself. It shows you have a sense of humor.

Hi Ms. aya ! Hi !

Why are you saying this kind of stuff :

Quote: Don’t feel displease. No one is oblige to make comments here.

?!!!?!

You didn’t get it, my english is certainly terribly awful ! I love to post comment, I’m just displeased to come and do small or few comments ! I just cant find myself these days.

Let’s say… It’s like I’m inside an ice-cream cafe with all the flavour I love and all my friends but I can’t say to them how tasteful it is and they couldn’t try it. (Laughs)

We each have our own perception so we can’t say to anothers how something is just by describing our feelings ! But if you say your ice cream was fabulous, well, I’ll think it is a fabulous ice cream because Ms. Aya find it fabulous, so I can imagine something pretty tasteful that you love, and I know that I could make some / buy some to offer you something that taste yummy !

By the way, I’ll test it at the occasion !

Quote: That kind of face is so indescribable and at that I was like, “How shall I disfigure it, kana?”. (Laughs)

You described it perfectly with your drawing. (Bows)

I was wondering, do you eat bread ?

Hey Saru-Bro ! (Laughs) You miss to everyone here too, mend up you’re computer quickly or Rocketd could take the occasion to tooth-faery your sister !

Dear Saru-chan

Miss having you around here too~!

Quote: Hey ! how bout you try to make friends with the people living near you ? or the place you always go to and see that same person ? Maybe you tried that already …hmm …

I tried that and failed horribly. (Laughs)

You know, cell phones can be great companions. That’s what I do. When sheep is bored, sheep will harass Mira via cell phone. (Laughs)

Maybe on certain occasions, I shall beep you messages too!

Dear Nappy

*Nods*

Dear Mr.Circle

Thanks. (Laughs nervously) At first I thought my drawing is going to be hard to figure out.

Yes, I do eat bread. I like sandwiches. Why do you ask? (.___.)

Oh! I know! France is famous for their bakery, right? They have French toast and this bread called French loaf!

Dear Sachi-chan

Thanks for doing the poll~!

Since you’re young, Sachi-chan — You should be looking for more friends to hang out with instead of boy friends. (Laughs)

13.  Circle
December 8th, 2008 at 2:05 pm

That’s right, France is famous for the bakery, we eat bread everytime: breakfast, midday’s meal, evening meal, etc… but I heard that it was very expensive in oriental countries, so when I’ll travel there, I’ll be aware of eating bread or not !

So I was wondering about far travels, I would have everyone’s opinion on this, when you plan to go far, in another country with a completly different culture, do you think about what there could be you don’t know and how you could handle this ? If you’re used to something there is in your country that is not present in your destination country, would it be hard for you ?

In our civilization, everything tend to look the same so we’re not being out of place when we travel, but there are still small exceptions due to commercial issues.

And what about leave your country and live in another country ? If you had a lover during one of your trip, would you wish he / she follow you or would you leave your familly and friends for him / her ?

Sandwiches are great ! (^.^)/

I need more news ! (Laughs)

I’m about to give up my phone, he vampirize my money and nobody calls me nor I don’t call anybody. U__U

French breads are yummylishous !! We used to do a lot when I was with my last mate, pancakes too ! I love to bake pastries ! But I never do any for myself, so I wish I could have a bit more friends who love pastries to make some for them. (Laughs)

Hey Sachi, you shouldn’t feel lonely, needing someone to call his own his a “pass on” phenomenon, you see your friends or people in couple or your friends see some couples and they say you that they would be in couple too, but if you wouldn’t seen these peoples or you’re friends wouldn’t said that, you’ll never had to think about it, it’s the same than seeing a beautiful dress (or anything else !) in a shop window or at a friend or on tv, you wish you could have it, but going this way we couldn’t want everything around us but is it really necessary ? Won’t we regret that dress, won’t we think it looks much better on someone else ? It’s no use to try to have things and think you have a hole in yourself because it miss you, you don’t know what or how it would be, so be ok until you’ll reach the condition to have this dress, you’ll get it or another one who finally pleases you more and because you were not feeling bad you will have a lot more of great memories and it would have helped you in your life in someway !

Listen to Ms. Aya’s advices ! It’s a wise person !

About the poll I answered I wear all the stuff, but of course I don’t wear dresses. (-___-)

Now I must leave, wish you all a great day (or night) or outterspace if you’re reading us from the stars ! (Laughs)

Ok, now I wish I could have a puffy like pet ! (.___.)

See you soon ! *can’t leave the page*

Ba-bai !

Bread goes well with cream soup (eg: Mushroom soup) and even curry!

We have breads in Malaysia. It’s not that expensive here but it depends on what type of bread. If you were to buy a French loaf, maybe it will be slightly expensive.

Quote: when you plan to go far, in another country with a completely different culture, do you think about what there could be you don’t know and how you could handle this ? If you’re used to something there is in your country that is not present in your destination country, would it be hard for you ?

Other than asking me to live in the jungle or desert, I’m sure I can handle myself in adapting to foreign cultures and traditions. But if I’m force to betray my religion, then that — I will just walk away.

Quote: And what about leave your country and live in another country ? If you had a lover during one of your trip, would you wish he / she follow you or would you leave your family and friends for him / her ?

Depends. If he is an Asian, I might consider. Because honestly, I’m not open to foreigners neither to my own race. (Laughs) Why are you asking these sort of questions? Could it be? You found a lover outside your country and you’re considering to leave France for her? (o_o)

Quote: I’m about to give up my phone, he vampirize my money and nobody calls me nor I don’t call anybody. U__U

Same here. Now my cell phone is strictly used for capturing images. (Laughs) I hardly send out text messages or chat on the phone other than discussing with Mira about the blog. (Laughs)

What type of cell phone are you using?

15.  Circle

Oh ! Curry is great too !

But taste is completly different depending of the country, japanese, chinese, indian, korean, even France has her own curry !

I wonder how tastes curry from all around the world ! Yet I wonder how tastes all the yummy dishes ! I love restaurant with friends !

Quote: But if I’m force to betray my religion, then that — I will just walk away.

Right, there’s no way to be forced to leave our convictions !

Quote: Why are you asking these sort of questions? Could it be? You found a lover outside your country and you’re considering to leave France for her? (o_o)

No, I don’t have a lover yet ! Of course, if I had one, I’ll do my best to join her, it wouldn’t be a problem !

But I think I might leave my country someday and travel around the world, maybe I’ll meet somebody during my trip ?

Well, it’s no use to have unreliable thoughts, I was curious about how other peoples would handle these questions. Sorry for being curious ! (.___.)

My cellphone even can’t take pictures, it’s an Alcatel OT-E 207 (here’s a pic: http://www.internity.fr/images/400/p/p_alcatel_OTE207_zoom.gif) I used to have Sony ericsson w810i (http://ocaoimh.ie/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/sony_ericsson_w810i_walkman.jpg) but don’t have it anymore !

Sorry for being curious. Gomen !

@Ms.Aya

why not learn from your fall and then rise up to be better ? there is always a way around things no ?

but not all people are the same , so i cant judge u cuz i have no place in that .

But the time will come ^^ , And you will know it when it does .

Feel free to beep !

@ Mr.Circle

Hahaha ! dont worry .. no matter what , he must go through me .. and it will be difficult and might probably end up getting himself hurt (psychologically) * evil grin * .. Mmmmhmmmmuhahahahaaa….

for my curiosity sake ~ .. Why do you call yourself Mr.Circle ?? ^w^

sometimes , knowledge can be very dangerous .. especially viewing it from a computer screen. .coz you wont know much of the other person from the other side . .

But for me , i trust all of my friends ! and have faith in them .. thats why i stayed single for so long .. because there is no need for me to find other much more complicated feelings than what i have now with my friends. I think that my friends are already my family and that feelings are strong enough to keep me going in life although i might feel lonely sometimes.

In my life , Faith runs deep in the threads of FATE .. because is what Fate that brought me to my friends.

my quote :
” Why don’t you take the first step ? Because that is what brings you a long way ”

And that quote did really brought me further , so far till’ what lies ahead is far from sight yet to be revealed .

( But i think that soon i need to find my soul mate , cuz i cant forever stick to my friends ..cuz my friends are people and people tend to think differently not like how i think , so they too will have to choose their path)

I’m sorry for making you read my thoughts of a “Kid” ..

hmmm .. maybe i will blog more of it than commenting it here , fearing that the comment box will swell up to a bloating state bigger than Jupiter .

(mumbles)

Anyways ! , if you are a snap and go blogger .. its best of having a camera phone that have a good resolution and snap’s fast ~ (mostly sony phones have that)

Sorry for the sudden flow of weird-riddling-crap-talk-kinda-thing just now ..

haha .

I just want for people out there that have problems to look up and take the next step ..

ok , best i shut up now.

*bangs through the wall * (another wall fell in the blog ) O.O “”

@Sheepy: I don’t think being single directly relates to being unable to fetch your food while keeping an eye on your seat, have you considered on carrying in your bag an addo sayin’ something like (not vacant), you simply put it on the table and no one will take it, I did it once and it worked ha ha ha.

@Circle: Hey man! stop screwin’ up all my good chances ha ha ha. I like french toasts!!.

@Saru: I swear I never thought about that and I will never do it again ha ha ha. Now, seriously, I think your sister is a pretty, smart, fine lady and I show all my respect to her. (bows to Mira). Oh! now I get it, so the snow falling on this blog is getting in by the walls the monkey boy smashes every time he drops by…

I wanna know where did that “Mr. Circle” nickname come from too. And what about Saru-chan??, why Ms. Aya depicts herself as a lamb??, why does that cheap excuse of a comedian calls himself rocket’d???.

19.  Circle
December 9th, 2008 at 5:40 am

Yeah, so why Rocket’d ? Oh, it’s rocket’d and not Rocketd, I was mispelling your name since that long ! Gomen ! /(><’)\

In fact, my previous nick was “Mouton sanglant” (bloodysheep), funny coimpact… ne ? Maybe I was one of Sheep’s lamb ?

But when it became harsh with my mate and best friend, I decided to turn the page and pass to something new, so I nicknamed myself “Circle”. I know it’s a childish reaction.

Why Circle ? Because I think that you can’t flee your past, and your future is linked to your past, you can’t do without it. No matter what you’re doing in the present, and what you’ve changed, what you’ve done in the past is done and is a part of you, a part of what you are.

I wish for everyone to understand that before you do anything you’ll regret the rest of your life.

Ok ! I know why Ms. Aya calls herself Sheep ! It’s because they are soooo cuuuuute ! And so she does.

For Saruchan I think that’s because he loves climb into tree and do odd noise, am I right ? (Laughs)

About you Rocket’d is it… Because you’re extremly fast with girls and you’re like a big KABOOOM ! in their heart ? (Laughs)

20.  nappyheaded
December 9th, 2008 at 6:57 am

Am I the only one who thinks living in the jungle or desert sounds cool.

21.  therocketd
December 9th, 2008 at 7:20 am

@Circle: Don’t worry, sometimes I misspell my own name too ha ha ha. Nope, it’s because I have the record of the fastest dump ever ha ha ha. I was dumped 2.5 seconds after I started hitting on a girl, it was hard but I proudly wield that record^^.

Nah, the “rocket” part stands for the name of one of my favorite songs ever The Go! Team’s “Bottle Rocket”, and the “d” stands for my real name’s initial. Also I was a big fan of an old show hosted by Aston Kutcher called Punk’d, so I just put it all togheter.

I see, the meaning of your nickname surely goes deep.
